Anna joins law team that’s a leader in its field
Shropshire’s top agricultural and rural services legal team has welcomed a land and property expert to its ranks.

Anna Russell has joined the department at the award winning regional law firm FBC Manby Bowdler, which has offices in Shrewsbury, Telford and Bridgnorth.
Anna, a graduate of the University of Bath and Guildford’s College of Law, qualified as a lawyer in 2006.
She specialises in land and rural property issues and is experienced in the sale, purchase and management of landed estates, acting for both private and institutional landowners.
Anna can also deal with sales and purchases, secured lending, leases, easements, covenants, first registrations of title and other associated matters for both rural and residential markets.
Her experience also includes complex sales involving overage provisions, options, conditional contracts and exchanges of land as well as commercial property leases of shops, barns and warehouses.
Anna, who grew up on the family farm in the South East, said: “I am very pleased to have joined such an experienced team and I look forward to working with landowners and farmers across the region.

The firm’s Agricultural & Rural Services department was the only Shropshire team to receive a top tier ranking in the 2015 Legal 500 guide, which recommends the best law firms and lawyers in the region.
It was recently named Customer Champion in the Shropshire Star Excellence in Business Awards 2016.
