Freight company launches new service
Award-winning shipping company Global Freight has announced a major expansion with the launch of a new international personal effects removal service.

The firm, based at Halesfield in Telford, will use its vast knowledge of shipping overseas to offer a bespoke removal service for people who are moving into or out of the UK.
It is a significant development for Global Freight, which will soon by entering its third decade of international shipping. It is already predicting a record year with a strategy to grow by 20 per cent during 2015.
The Telford-based business, run by international trade expert Nicole Howarth, already has an established reputation for the trouble free import and export of goods overseas.
“A natural extension”
Nicole, who began the business in 1996, said the move into the personal effects market had been a natural extension of its core business, and tapped into the expertise of the expanded Global Freight team.
She said: “We have built up a sizeable network of valued contacts and partners during our work with with businesses from first-time exporters to established companies with complex two-way trade programmes.
“The new personal effects removal service will allow us to use our extensive experience and excellent customer service record for the benefit of those people looking to relocate overseas.”
The new service will be headed by Anton Gunter, previously with Anglo Pacific International, who recently took up the post of National Sales Manager at Global Freight.
He has more than 15 years experience in international logistics and is a specialist in relocations.
“Moving internationally can be a stressful and traumatic time, but our aim at Global Freight is to make it as effortless and easy as possible,” said Anton.
“We will be offering a tailored approach to make sure each individual move goes smoothly. Global Freight will be able to find a bespoke solution that will suit anyone’s needs from moving one box to an entire household by sea, air or road.
