Recruitment day at Bridgnorth nursing home
A Bridgnorth nursing home is hosting a special recruitment open day to fill a range of vacancies.
Innage Grange is recruiting for day and night nurses and care workers for full and part time, relief, and fixed term contracts are available.
The recruitment event will run from 11am to 4pm on Wednesday June 28th and potential employees will be able to meet existing staff and residents and take a tour around the home.
There will also be the opportunity to apply and be interviewed for a job on the day. Refreshments will be available throughout the day.
The home provides residential and nursing care for up to 83 residents in seven units including specialised palliative care and designated dementia units. It is run by Shropshire’s leading independent care home provider Coverage Care, which operates on a not-for-profit basis.
Nigel Godman, Manager at Innage Grange, said the recruitment drive was part of Coverage Care’s commitment to ensure a high standard of continuity of care for residents.
“We want to develop our team who will be trained to meet our high quality standard of care. There are a variety of roles available at the moment so we are happy to talk to anyone who is looking for a new challenge that will fit in with their lifestyle.
“We are keen to hear from experienced nurses and carers who would like to join our team but equally, we’d like to meet people who may be looking to take their first steps into the care sector. It is a very rewarding career.”
He added: “The recruitment day will be an informal event where people can come in, see the home at work, and speak to residents and staff to see if Innage Grange is the place for them.
“We offer a warm and welcoming workplace environment and there are opportunities for career progression and development within the home and Coverage Care.”
